So...I planned to move house this year, primarily to be closer to my dad back in the Midlands. However, that is not working out because the price of my house is almost double those of the same size in the Midlands so I'm doing a detour. For now I am downsizing which is probably the wiser move because at some point Charley will be moving out to live with his fiancé so I won't need such a large house. Then it changed again. I'm no longer moving to the Midlands but I am moving 8 miles away! I will just have to make more journeys to my dads.
I'm going to miss this lil space!
A few weeks ago I decided to just 'go for it' and start a YouTube channel. If I'm totally honest, the first video was absolutely rubbish but it was a start. As I go through each video I learn more and more about vlogging, editing and all that stuff. Now, my son is a professional video editor so this week I have handed over to him all my editing including reels and shorts for Instagram and TikTok. While that has freed up more time for me, I am taking the opportunity to improve my photography photos to get them not only on my website but on IG shop/TikTok shop and Pinterest. I tell ya, it's none stop being a small business owner but it's very rewarding.

This coming week is set to be full of photos, editing and loading all the new items ready for the shop. Creating shorts/reels and general social media content is a project that takes a whole day to create and fine tune. This time I do have a little help which I'm super grateful for! :)
This is a short one but next time there will be more behind the scenes and possibly a short video, just for the blog readers ;)
