1. SHIPPING OVERVIEW
We offer worldwide shipping for our design products and services. Please note that international shipping regulations have changed significantly in 2025, particularly affecting shipments to the United States.
2. DOMESTIC UK SHIPPING
2.1 Standard UK delivery: 3-5 working days
2.2 Express UK delivery: 1-2 working days
2.3 Free standard shipping on orders over £50
2.4 All UK orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days
3. EUROPEAN UNION SHIPPING
3.1 Standard EU delivery: 5-10 working days
3.2 All EU shipments comply with current customs regulations
3.3 VAT is calculated at checkout for EU destinations
3.4 Import duties may apply depending on the destination country and order value
3.5 Customers are responsible for any additional customs charges
4. UNITED STATES SHIPPING - IMPORTANT CHANGES
CRITICAL UPDATE: As of 29 August 2025, the US has eliminated the de minimis exemption for all international shipments.
4.1 New US Tariff Rules (Effective 29 August 2025):
- ALL parcels sent to the US require a full customs entry, regardless of value
- The previous $800 exemption threshold no longer applies
- All shipments are subject to US duties, taxes, and customs processing fees
- Processing times have increased significantly due to mandatory customs clearance
4.2 Impact on US Orders:
- Additional customs fees will apply to all US shipments
- Delivery times have increased to 10-21 working days
- Customers will be responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees
- Some postal services may experience temporary disruptions
4.3 US Shipping Options:
- Standard International: 10-21 working days (subject to customs delays)
- Express International: 7-14 working days (subject to customs delays)
- All US shipments require detailed customs declarations
5. REST OF WORLD SHIPPING
5.1 Standard international delivery: 7-21 working days
5.2 Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing
5.3 Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
5.4 We provide full customs documentation for all international shipments
6. CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
6.1 United States: All shipments subject to US customs duties and taxes (no exemptions)
6.2 European Union: Duties and VAT calculated based on destination country regulations
6.3 Other Countries: Import duties vary by destination; customers are responsible for all charges
6.4 We accurately declare all shipment values and contents as required by international law
7. SHIPPING COSTS
7.1 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
7.2 Additional customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included in our shipping charges
7.3 Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities
7.4 Shipping costs may increase due to new customs processing requirements
8. DELIVERY AND TRACKING
8.1 Tracking information is provided for all shipments
8.2 Delivery confirmation is required for all international orders
8.3 Delays may occur due to customs processing, particularly for US shipments
8.4 We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities
9. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
9.1 Packages returned due to customs issues or incorrect addresses will incur return shipping charges
9.2 Customers must pay return shipping costs and any customs fees before reshipment
9.3 Abandoned packages will be disposed of after 30 days
10. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by customs processing, postal service disruptions, natural disasters, or government regulations beyond our control.
